Disclaimer/ Terms of Service

Disclaimer/Terms of Service:
The final payment is due on November 10th. We accept payments through cash, Zelle, or check. Each person needs to fill out an application.
In the event that roommate issues occur, the initial room type will be subject to upgrade changes due to the drop-out or no-show. For example, if you initially requested a triple room but one person drops out, your room may be upgraded to a double, causing you to pay the difference. To avoid issues with roommates, I will discuss room types and be ready for changes. and contact the camp committee if there are any questions or concerns before October 31st.
Cancellations received up to two weeks before the retreat will be charged half of the total cost.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations requested within 7 days or less prior to the retreat.
I certify that I have read the policy of the application. I understood its content and agreed to its terms.

GUIDELINES

We would like to introduce the retreat’s policies. Although you may not agree with them, they must be respected and followed. What do you think would happen if there were aren’t any traffic lights or streets signs to guide you on the road? How about if you had no rules to live by? Life would be chaotic, wouldn’t it? Laws and policies are established to structure, discipline, and show respect.  No institution or organization can function without guidelines. God is not a God of disorder, but a God of discipline. As His disciples, we are accountable to manage His house with care and structure. During the retreat, these policies will protect our guests and offer a comfortable environment, suitable for worship and fellowship.
